HIT CHAMP Rules

The Flash Drive we are offering is a custom design 512MB memory drive with a lanyard.  It comes presented in a windowed box.

We have the right to replace this will a similar drive if we are unable to supply the above model.

You can win a maximum of two drives in this competition. In addition to a second Flash Drive on the second verifiable win, we will honour you on the front page of DT by crediting you as a co-author.

The competition is open to anyone in the world! who is or becomes a member of DT. There is no age restriction, but anyone under the age of 16 is advised to ask parents permission prior to taking part.

You need to do the following to be entered in the competition:

Submit a unique link, not already posted, to DT for approval, once the links suitability is approved it is entered into the competition.  You may submit more than one link.

You must not do any of the following:

Spam other websites. (any over use of Spam which is reported to us will result in a possible disqualification and in severe cases loss of membership)

Multiple Clicks. This can be checked by the webmaster and any indication that anyone has over clicked a link will mean instant disqualification of that link in the competition.

The link with the most hits in that calendar month, and it must be verifiable through our checking that the clicks have been built up honestly, will be declared the winner.  If that members link has been won by methods used to cheat our system then the next link with the most hit will be declared the winner and so on until a legitimate winner is declared.

Competition starts one second after midnight of the first day of the month and ends midnight of the last day of the month.

The winner must supply their postal address for their prize to be posted, no later than 9am (GMT) 14 days after the last day of the previous month.  You must send us your postal address, which must be sent using the email address on your DT account to validate your claim.

Your personal details (postal address) will only be kept on file until you have received your prize.

When the competition has finished this will be announced on the front page of DT. Any claims made after the date shown will not be honoured.

We reserve the right to alter these rules to take in to account any possibility that any member/s or visitor/s have violated this rules or found ways to cheat our extensive cheat routines to enable a particular member in winning a price.  In no way will this affect the chances of a member from winning who has followed the rules set before the change.  We also reserve the right withdrawn this competition at anytime should it be found out that members or visitors are violating our rules to the extent that it is deemed unfair to all that participate, should this be the case a new set of rules will be written to take in to account the violations and a new competition will commence once actions are taken to prevent it happening again.

No cash equivalent can be claimed.

The webmaster will act as the independent adjudicator.

The webmasters' and website owners' decision will be final.
